Net Positive
Every Sunday I provide an analysis of an emerging or established social enterprise. I break down their growth, the market they’re addressing, and how they measure their impact.
Our generation seeks purpose over paychecks and my newsletter hopes to encourage people to discover careers/opportunities in social impact that is truly net social positive work while also being a space for self-improvement. Here’s what you might gain from reading:
Discover new social enterprises that are doing meaningful work
Learn strategies proven to scale from established social enterprises
Build knowledge on self-improvement, philosophy, and human behavior.
We have ~80,000 hours in our career - how will you use them?
Who am I?
I am a math teacher at Summit Tamalpais based in Richmond, CA. I graduated from USC in 2018 with a B.S. in Business Administration, though my three favorite classes covered Sociology, Poetry, and Philosophy.
I previously hosted my newsletter on MailerLite and have transitioned to Substack for better archiving and a cleaner design. I hope you find Net Positive compelling, and I would love to hear your thoughts on any piece I write.
